Conor leads the Access HR team with over 20 years' experience supporting both indigenous and multinational employers. With a background in Production Management and an MSc in HRM from the University of Limerick, Conor specialises in building long-term client partnerships. He is also a board member of Our Lady of Lourdes Community Services and part of the governance subcommittee at NOVAS.
Ciara holds a Level 8 degree in HRM from the University of Limerick and is a CIPD member. Since joining CREGG in 2018, she has built a strong foundation in compliance, best practice, and creating positive work environments. Ciara now brings this experience and insight to her role at Access HR, where she supports clients with a calm, informed and people-focused approach.
Kenneth is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD with international HR experience since 1982. He holds a Master's in Business with HR specialisation from the University of Limerick. Kenneth provides strategic employment law guidance and is a former Chair of CIPD Midwest.
Olivia brings nearly 20 years of experience to Access HR, supporting client projects from legislative updates to confidential recruitment. A BBS graduate from TUS, her early international experience in logistics and marketing enhances her ability to deliver detail-driven, practical HR support.
David brings strategic leadership and commercial expertise to Access HR, with a strong track record in scaling businesses and delivering client-focused solutions. He ensures our services align with business goals through a practical, people-first approach that supports long-term growth and trusted partnerships.
